they way i see it is it will be a first attempt at making a game on new hardware....compare kof94 to kof2003 and the game has evolved so much...due to the fact that they knew the hardware inside out.it's going to take snkp a while to get the feel of the new hardware learning what it can do and can't do...and they need a base to start from so re-using a few sprites isn't the end of the world to me.i bet in a years time or so after a few games have come out we'll be thinking how cool all the games are and these few re-used sprites will be forgotten.
