Actually half the time the meg counts don't mean anything at all as there is probably a lot of junk left on the carts that hasn't been used in game (and SNK don't always seem to be accurate when they label them, as we have found out 
). Take a look at MS5 for instance, if all the code that isn't used in game was taken out, I bet the meg count would be 100 meg less 
. The same might apply for SS5, I wonder if anyone has actually taken the time to look through the cart?
Even MotW had some unused stuff on the cart actually... I remember a friend of mine managed to rip a logo that was in there that said "Fatal Fury - Mark of the Wolves". For some reason they never used that and still named it Garou in the west, unlike the other FF games.
