I think that depends on why you would want it.
If you are a collector, and want to add this to your collection, then I'm sure the fact that the machine is mint, and the games are in boxes is worth the price.
If you want it in order to play KOF. I'm sure you could find this same equipment on ebay for less.
Keep in mind, the neoCD ports of neo games often have frames of animation cut out, and attrocious loading times. Would this beat competitively priced PSX ports? Or arcade perfect (much better than PSX with the ram cart) Saturn ports?
I think 150 is kinda much if you ask me.
