Nothing should be censored in the Japanese version of SvC PS2, but it most likely will be in the US version when/if that comes out. And yeah, it will be the same as the game running in MVS US mode.
SNKP won't port games to the Cube as it would be too expensive - Nintendo charge a lot for royalties on each game like most companies and it might be tougher for them to port the games over. They most likely wouldn't sell enough on the Cube to justify it anyway... PS2 has a much much bigger market share so it's a lot better for them really. I think Ben Herman from SNK USA said this when he was asked in an interview once, although he did mention Xbox ports *might* happen at some point.
I;m not bashing the GC btw as I own all 3 main formats (Xbox/PS2/GC), but unfortuanely Cube stuff just doesn't sell as much, and what SNKP needs more than anything is money, especially being such a small company, and one that caters for more hardcore gamers like us.
