Here's a link that was posted at S-C.com, it's a combo video of Gai. His animation is very fluid and his style seems to include many counter moves. He seems a bit slow compared to some of the more offensive characters like Shen Woo and Vanessa, not to mention his voice does remind me a bit of Joe.
