I thought it was due to come out today (18th)? Being released on Xmas day doesn't sound right 
rebellion: I never used one of those, to be honest I prefer to have my machine modded than relying on a swaplid like that. I know there were problems with getting certain games working on them, but I heard they had come out with better boot discs or something that got round the problem. I would assume that it would work ok, but my advice is to get the machine modded for imports, provided you can get someone reliable to do it
