^hmm.. as i said, SNKP standards 
the "engine" is actually more like a refined NGBC engine, which was based from SVC and 2k3's engines. he game's pacing is a bit slower when compared to 2k3 though, but not too slow... the Fluidity? it's OK i guess,
the Tag functons, although looks cheap, is quite fair imo, well implemented i think.
as for someone who didnt like 2k3... well, XI might change your mind totally. 2k3 is just a very tiny shadow of what XI is imo.
