SInce no one replied here since the game has come out, here are some things we can tell from the videos:
Gai and Adel are mid bosses after the 3rd match
Schion (female with spear) is first boss-appareantly adel is harder to defeat.
The last boss (name unknown) is a tall creepy guy who looks like the ultimate keep away character( fireballs, power streams, full screen orochi like move). People who have been in the arcades say he is almost impossible, and is much harder then igniz.
