Rocks Deadly Neo Rave from MotW hands down... pulling that one out on some poor unsuspecting fool that has never seen it before is always fun, you should see the look on their face, especially when the huge fireball at the end hits and zaps their energy down 
There's some cool Capcom ones too, but SNK's super moves are far more interesting for sure. For starters, have you ever noticed that Capcom supers tend to just be souped up versions of normal special moves? I know SNK do this as well obviously, but they do tend to put in more effort imho.
