Just thought I would chime in and say Hello ...... and welcome to the forums ;D The NG.com forums seem to come off as ,more or less like a joke these days rather than a decent fan site..... As previously stated if someone doesnt agree with anothers opinion alot of people tend to act childish in their replies with constant flaming, which seems to spread like fire amongst the ignorant. 
My thought on treament of others is that none of us here or any other forum should treat another any different that we would in person. I know for a fact that very few I have ran across at NG.com would treat me with any disrespect in person 
as Im sure they wouldnt others as well ;D
Personally I still like to troll around and try to help out in the tech section but spend very little time elsewhere.
Im pretty baked on all the BS that never seems to subside over there and glad that Kaz decided to start these forums and gave me the privelage of helping out in a Mod capacity
even though my fellow mods seem to beat me to everything that needs attention 
Its nice to have a place where people can still have discussions with one another and remain civil no matter what differences in opinion we may all have .. although I think the majority of us tend to think alot alike I.E. no drama needed to have a fun place to hang and share thoughts and ideas ;D
As for Vihn's site {Snk-Capcom} Vihn is a great guy and the site is coming along well ,but the forums tend to be a bit on the stale side most of the time ,so I hardly check them out anymore. I still drop in now and then to look the site over for anything new that may be news related ,but Capcom doesnt really interest me these days so its a rare occurance.
Anyway Welcome aboard and if you need any info or help/opinions on any thing Neo or otherwise Arcade related let it rip and if I can help I will be glad to do so , as will many others here aswell
