I saw the game running properly... ok here goes:
- The music is the same, which sucks... although the music in the intro is pretty nice.
- The quality of the intro isn't good - considering it is on DVD you'd have thought they'd use a better bitrate, but as it is it's a bit blocky in places. The art there is ok though, nothing spectacular but it's allright.
- The backgrounds are reasonable... probably better than the ones on the Neo Geo version (they couldn't be much worse imho), but they aren't mindblowing.
- The new art is better, but after seeing it "in the flash" it still looks weird.
- Not sure about gameplay as I didn't really play it... but I'll buy the game asap so I'll be able to try it properly then.
OK, so my view of the game isn't too favourable yet, but it might improve with time. I'd still say that it is an improvement on the Neo version, which is the only KoF game I've never really been able to get into at all.
