It's just artwork in general.
In the NeoNeo version of the portrets they really made an impression that fitted the fighter and kinda taunted in their face prtraits.
But now this new used ps2 art, it's just standard, no expresions to match.
I don't *love* the new artwork, but it's better than in the Neo Geo version... the art in that looked like crap (at least on the majority of the characters). I think the intro doesn't look too bad either, although I wanna see it running first. Hopefully I'll get this game pretty soon!
