The 2d fighters on the PSX tend to lose out when it comes to animation frames and stuff like that, but I haven't played the PSX version of CVS so I couldnt comment. Go to gamefaqs as there are a tonne of reader reviews for it on there:

You could always buy a DC for REAL cheap and get hold of CVS for that
