Most messed up one had to be Last Blade on the NGPC - in Akari's ending her dad says that becase she didn't do what she was told, he is going to "spank her fanny" or something to that effect. Now, I know "fanny" means ass or something in the US, but it has a whole other meaning over here in the UK where people use that word to describe another part of the female anatomy. Unfortunately SNK didn't change the UK version of the game, so many people over here got quite a shock when they completed the game 
Oh yeah - a classic SNK word that has popped up in a couple of games: "dweebenheimer". That one's just sounds so fruity, and very funny
