It's been a long time since I played KC, but with the final bosses in that game you can just keep using the same moves over and over for a cheap victory... I can't remember exactly what now, but I can remember figuring it out and from then on they were pretty easy. Up until that point they really did frustrate me though... enough to want to throw my joystick out the window, thankfully I managed to stop myself from doing that however
