...I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this question...
If you mean you can convert a Neo Geo cabinet to play other JAMMA games then the answer is maybe.
If you mean can you convert a Neo Geo cabinet into one of those Hard Drive Mame machines...then the answer is also maybe...but it really isn't worth it and is kind of sacriligious to do something like destroy a perfectly good neo cab. If I were you I'd just get an empty cab (Namco is selling old Marvel vs Capcom cabs for like $280 WITH the pcb) and set up a mame cab...Mysteriozone knows a lot about this.
