Hey Akira...I'll try and answer your concerns as best as I can.
1. The Neo Geo NGH has only one memory-card slot.
2. Using the memory-card is easy, slide it in and if the game supports it, you'll see a prompt.
3. Your japanese system will play games in japanese...there's no way around this without installing a new bios. BUT, many of the more recent games let you choose english in the options menu.
4. The cord length should be enough for your set up...if not there are extension cords available at the Neostore.
