News has finally come of the The King Of Fighters 2003 r0m(note to admins i didn't say rom so u can't take this thread down!!!) release.
I have downloaded and played it, it rules over all a very neck to neck tie with kof98, excellant gameplay, graphics, sound and everything.
Any1 wanting the r*m Pm me privitately or send me an email.
NOTE THIS IS NO BULLSHIT CAUSE I DOWNLOADED IT AND PLAYED IT!!!
