It's actually a power geiser, but he engulfes himself in it cos of the smash into the ground he does, thus not gaining the regular reach the power geiser does but blasting the flame upward.
It's friggin owerfull and it's until now one of my fav moves in the game, the animation on terry looks sweet as hell.
Motion: HCF,QCB, weak + heavy punch
It's basicly the same motion as the power geiser but with 2 buttons, and Terry must be the leader.
Goemon, yup...i was saying the same stuff to kaz when talking.
He is missing his rising kicks, BIGGEST SCREWUP OF SNKP ON KOF03...imho.
