well these places might be familiar to you ;D
(so far, i have playd in these places)
SM North Edsa - Quantum Encore, Encore (the best, widescreen, lots of space)
Rockwell - Quantum Power Station (it came there Just this weekend!!)
SM Fairview - Tom's World (cheapest place, but the P2 joystick is sooooooo sucky!)

hopefully the one in Robinsons Galleria gets a kof2k3 and SvC machine too...(i usually play 98 in galle and SvC in MegaMall)
the places you've stated is a little too far from where i live (or am i just too lazy to commute to malls beyond Ortigas area?)...but one of these days...
