That looks a little like Ash, and the other guy really DOES look like Shen. Hopefully we hear a bit more about that 3D KoF sometime soon as I am curious as to how it is gonna turn out. Curious, but not hopeful 
Maybe the delay is because they are hard at work with turning it into a *good* game that people will really want to play. I would never want it to take the place of 2D KoF though... but just think, if it turns out good and becomes popular, that is the way they might go eventually (shudder).
