I think tht's Nona's art. Nona's art has definitely grown on me a lot and I really like most of the stuff that was on the SvC website, but I do prefer both the older style SNK stuff and also Falcoons work. If SNKP don't hire him permanently I will be disappointed for sure...
That guy who did the SNK pics on CvS - I forget his name but he used to do a lot of SNK stuff, but when they closed down he went to work for Capcom. You can see his art on the front cover of Final Fight One for the GBA, and also Dino Stalker for the PS2 among others. You'll definitely recognise the style
