So without action its crap, is that what you're saying... I just said after the 45 minute mark it's all action. I don't remember using the word crap... in fact sometimes I'd prefer storyline to action.
However in this case, the action is just so good for the second half that it keeps you gripped, while the first half (while it has action and is good, if a little hard to understand with these subs) is mostly setting stuff up.
If I wanted to spoil it I could tell you that Aeris comes back to life, kills Cloud and marries Sephiroth, who has been resurrected by a magical materia called "omgijustruinedthemovie"... now that would be spoiling it ;D
