To tell the truth I have not has as much chance to play this game as I would like, but overall I do like it a LOT. With the button setup, it doesn't bother me at all as I am used to the SS2 setup where you have to press both slash buttons for a hard slash anyway. I also prefer that they have either merged slash/bust characters into one or made them into seperate characters (eg Evil Haohmaru).
I'm liking most of the new characters so far, although I do agree with everyone on the fact that Yoshitora is very overpowered. He's one of my favourites now, but it is a shame that if you pick him in vs play people will always accuse you of being cheap
. The bosses are a bit lame though. The first sub boss a joke, as he is almost just Genjuro with a hammer and some cheap ass strikers... I especially hate the one that comes across the floor and grabs you, while he eats some food that tops his health back up.
The second boss didn't give me too many problems and I beat him first time, but the final boss sure as hell got on my nerves. One tip though - when he turns into the big horned thing, just keep blocking until he goes back to normal, then jump in and finish him off with a hard attack.
Gonna go back to playing this game later, after a long playing session on SvC for the PS2! See the other stickied thread if you want more info about that...
