I don't think you have to worry there indeed, even if we would link to the torrent file directly. Whenever I post about a torrent update, I do it by consulting "ethical" sites like animesuki.com and downloadanime.org. They don't take up licensed anime in their tracker list. And let's assume that an anime gets licensed after a couple of episodes, then most fansubbers take it upon themselves to remove their old tracker links, so any old links we might have on the forum won't work anymore. Of course we could always make sure and remove the old links ourselves here, because there always are exceptions (the couple of fansubbers who are living outside of the US are less inclined to follow the "rules").
