I can't tell you where to get it from, but for you SOAD fans there is a webrip of the new album (Mesmerize) floating around. Grab it now if you can find it, but be sure to buy the CD later this month when it comes out! I know I will, need it to finish my SOAD collection anyway ;D
Time for me to rant now!
The album is pretty damn good, but you probably need to be a long term SOAD fan to like it. In some ways it's a little bit more like the first album (kind of) and less like Toxicity (read: less commercial for the most part, as Toxicity was a little more radio friendly really). I love all 4 of their albums, and this new one has really grown on me after listening to it a few times. The only disappointing thing is that it seems like Daron sings a little bit too much at times... isn't Serj supposed to be the lead singer? 
I like Darons voice, but the best part of SOAD for me has always been Serj's unique voice (sorry Mitch ), as well as their original and schizophrenic music style. The music style is still there for sure, and a few songs are downright spectacular imho, but a few could have been slightly better. Perhaps I will feel different after a few more listens though, I know I did with the other System albums...
Anyway, check the album out for these songs in particular:
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Bombs)
We've all heard this by now, but finally we can hear it without "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU" censored out
- Revenga
TOP song ;D
- Question
Ranks right up there with the bands other very best songs. Lurches from slow and melodic to fast paced and heavy... simply awesome!
- Sad Statue
Another fast/slow song, took me a few listens to get into it, but I really like it now. Good lyrics too.
- Lost in Hollywood
Slow song and a good way to end the album. Mostly Daron singing here.
Pretty much all the albums 11 tracks are great though, but I'm too lazy to describe em all... just go listen!
