Nothing like celebrating your birthday by watching Ken kick ass 
Wow, it's been hot for part of today but now we've had a little bit of rain and it's cooled it right down. God we needed that, it's been far too humid! Now I just hope there are similar conditions in Germany on Thursday night so our football players can't blame the heat for not playing properly!
