Initial D rules too, and the Sega games are surprisingly good! Gotta love the cheesy Euro-pop music as well! 
As for World Heroes, I am a WH whore so I like them all, sad as that may be. Perfect is probably the best overall game though, but if you like old-school fighters then it's worth checking out the others. It's an aquired taste though!
