back then, we pit spiders against each other on a bbq stick. usually the strong ones come from electric poles and tall grasses, and my pop's own was the champ (it's poisonous that's why... it made me wonder why my pops hasn't been bitten by that darned spider yet...) and all of mine are chumps (they either lose by getting away or falling of the bbq stick or they got killed by other spiders...)
well, i just saw a community in the web where they take care of beetles as pets, and let them battle... actuallly, kids in japan still do this...
hehe, i was into the "spiders" fad back then... hhe, letting them battle in poles and stuff
