Jeez man, my pc is a complete cockbite at times... had trouble even getting it to boot earlier, think windows xp is being a bitch again. This always happens when I have important work to finish (ie the site!!!). I managed to get it back on tonight and I'm doing a virus scan and stuff to find out what the hell is causing it to hang/slow down all the time. If I can't fix it, looks like I'll be re-installing... ARGH!
