. That guy is a pain in the neck until you figure him out... the way I did it was to run around until he shot at me, then check the map as it would tell you his location. Sneak up behind him (wear the thermal goggles so you can see him easier) and open up a can of whoop-ass. Lather rinse repeat until he's dead 
You can also use the goggles to spot his footsteps on the floor.There's otherways of doing it (like using the mic to hear where he is) and perhaps mine isn't the most skillful, but it does work

I should have killed the damn parrot first since he always starts in the same place. He's a little tougher if you do this but it will stop him from regaining his stamina at that one point in the fight. I got his tranq rifle but I missed out on that awesome moss camo. The Fury seemed pathetically easy though.
