Just showed on Today Tonight a Fat ass guy wieghing 190 KG how he lost 40 KG by just playing Dance UK game on the PlaySation 2 the one with the Floor Dance Mat ...
According to the guy he only used it like 45 minutes a day for 3 months and he lost FU#kin 40 KG
UNBEILVEBLE and according to him that was the best way of losing weight he also said that he was unemployed and neva left tha house ... so basically a fat slob ;D
But just by playing/dancing that game he lost a whoopin 40 KG
Just like u guys I couldn't believe it ... such a massive loss of weight ...
He also stated that was his best achievement of losing wieght in HIS WHOLE LIFE ...
TODAY TONIGHT ran tests of the game and found it a very effective work out for the body and ur mind cause u got to think ur moves and move ur whole body at the same time....
