yeah, just as long as you're outside the US.
remember the "I Love You" virus? that one messed the Pentagon system, but they can't do anything about it since there isn't anything in the international laws that forbids illegal operations in computers at that time. that Filipino dude is now frickin' rich and now works in a certain big-name computer company just because of his so-called "school project". pretty ironic since his professors rejected his project at first.
