Yeah I moved it here as it isn't really a site/forum suggestion.
Anyways, try visiting this site:

They have a lot of info on this stuff and in their forum you'll find a codes database and you should be able to find a code similar to what you want (I think I have seen them before). Do be careful about what settings you change however because it is possible to really mess your board up if you mess the headers/footers up
(especially if you already have some code in there).
