That reminds me of another usage around my locale. "I'm bombed out" / "I'm wasted" Meaning: I'm really tired and not going to do anything at all. I remember some more now... "That is seriously sketch" / "That is sketchy"/ "He's a sketchball" sketch in this case, is meant to describe something abnormal. we use "sketchy" to describe situations that may end in vain or if it looks like that there's a slim chance of happening like for example: Joe: "So how'd the interview go? Will you get the job?" Rick: "Nah... Rather sketchy chance of that happenin...'"
