Confusing anyone...? ;D Just try speaking to a londoner with a really strong cockney accent who insists on using lots of rhyming slang... I use the odd occasional phrase actually, a lot of people round here do without even realising it - it's one of those things that's just kinda filtered into everyday speech in England at least.

whenever i watch a movie when an english guy speaks that way, i could never understand even a single word from it!
anyway, here's a few slang i use:
bad = good
ex. That was totally bad, bro!
bombed = bummer, terrible (contradicts DS's "bomb" in these here parts ;D )
ex. That show was bombed, dude.
t-back = thong (forms a "T" between the cheeks)
op = out of place
packing shet! = expression when surprised in a positive way
