I'd slag him off just the same... you know how much I love Steven Gerrard, but a couple of years ago when he was fouling people by jumping into tackles like a crazy man and getting red/yellow cards all over the place I used to get very mad with him (which is why I respect him so much now cos he has now channeled all that energy into his game and is an even better player for it)... it's the same as I got with El Hadji Diouf for the stupid things he did, and same as I would be if a Liverpool player was diving theatrically. I really don't like cheaters and love to see the game played properly... diving around as if you are a member of the Italian national team or as if your name is Robert Pires really does nothing for me at all
