The guy stuttering is mocking the fact that the company is saying other dvd players might stutter and skip during a movie.. whereas they say that their dvd player doesnt 
Best Japanese commercial ever is still the original Devil May Cry ad where a couple are on a date and the guy gives his gf a bunch of flowers and a bottle of champagne. She hits him up into the air with the flowers (Dante style) and then shoots him out of the air with the champagne cork. A true classic!
Too bad I lost my copy though... don't spose anyone else has seen that advert or knows a place I can get it from? ;D
