why do you want to achieve titles that won't make you money or get recognition from chicks anyway? forum rankings are forum rankings, nothing else so it wouldn't benefit anyone anyway. high post counts in an unusual rate usually means 75% or more of the post count are just meaningless posts (or in other words, SPAM), and usually destroy thread consistency of the subject matter. spamming at times is ok just as long as it's cool or/and funny or something like that, but making it a habit is simply unacceptable if we are to consider the rules of these here forums.
