What do you mean? Like one gun per each hand a la Wild West movie style? ('cause no cowboy actually did that ) I suppose you could, I don't know much about recoil on recent (like last 15 years) guns, but otherwise I would think the recoil given off by the shots would make them shoot wide of their targets.

I once saw this guy who shot rifles one handed. That was a bizarre sight, and he shot none to accurate.
