I'm off to see this tonight... I'm a massive fan of the first one, and although I was calling this remake "sacrilege" and "blasphemy" just a few weeks ago, I must admit that it is starting to look better and better! I saw the first 8 minutes (downloaded a rip of what was shown on American tv last week) and it was pretty awesome. If the whole film is as good as the first 8 minutes, then it's gonna be killer... probably not as good as the George A Romero classic though.
Anyone else going to see this? Post your opinions here. I should also be going to see the film "Shaun of the Dead" in a couple of weeks, that also looks awesome. Zombie films are making a comeback, BIG TIME
