People in the US might not remember this, but most people who were kids in the 70's/80's here in the UK will remember the kids show "Rainbow" with Geoffrey, Bungle, Zippy and George, along with Rod Jane and Freddy (lmao). Anyways, at one point they did an episode that was only made for some adult comedy show (I think), but it looked like a normal episode... albeit one filled with a lot of sexual innuendo ;D. Suffice to say a lot of kids at the time got to see it and thought it was a normal episode... check this link to watch the episode:
