Buddha, is there -anything- you could have done that would be misinterpreted? In my old school, plenty of kids were accused of sexual harrasment because they wrote "gay" on the wall of a bathroom with marker. Another was accused of sexual harrasment and 'hate crimes' because he drew backwards swastikas over pictures of rainbow flags on a poster when he was drunk.
