GODDAMIT! my PC is broken, im guess is that a virus caused it, it deleted SYSTEM.INI 
now i cant use,
i'd have to reformat it again, and this time, ill give up on win98, ill move to XP, would you advise it?
anyways, ITS FREAKIN HARD TYPING w/ a DC controller ;D
maybe i wont be able to go here until my PC gets fixed and revammped (im plannin on getting a 100gb HDD ;D)
-well, the dreamcast is not for net surfing, ill go back and play Rez and KOF2000
