ive been running everyother night and start doing a few press ups and crunches etc.....been trying to start to eat a bit healthier too.not sure how long it will last though. hullcityfcmad Same here. I wouldn't say I eat particularly unhealthily anymore, and I steer WELL clear of fast food places like McD's most of the time, but my problem is one word: BEER. Need to stop drinking quite so much, as although I don't think I drink a dangerously high amount, it still makes me lazy and if I wake up with a hangover, I am much less likely to want to get up and go running or skating. Beer isn't good for you anyway... but it's just soooo good  Kaz
