lucky you to be exempted... should've been an american citizen at that time (but i was only US citizen in Feb.25,2004).
anyway, i was an officer in CAT back then. my rank & position is 2nd Lieutenant Corp S4 (then became Pvt. when i resigned). it sure was hell during CO officer training...
