He's probably reading this, and I have had quite a few emails from him... but my neogeoforlife address was down for a while so I couldn't retrieve them until recently and haven't had time to reply yet. Anyway, I'll say this publically: if you are reading this dude, you are permanently banned, and permanent means just that... otherwise it would be "temporary ban", like you originally had.
Even if I was thniking of letting you back in (which I might have considered), I am not going to after the "I'm BillyJr's cousin and I have the KOF 2003 roms" stunt you tried to pull... yes, you know what I'm talking about. By saying something like that you have shown that you are still acting in the same way as when you were a member. Also, you said that you received the email from me about the forum rules "even though you were banned"... well that one is quite simple. I told you last time I'd change the email on your account so that you wouldn't receive any more emails from me, so if you are still getting them, it is because you have obviously tried to sign up for multiple accounts using that same email address. So I guess that is yet another reason why I shouldn't let you back in.
