Yeah, Talbain would be very cool indeed. I'm not sure if she would fit in, but I've always had a soft spot for Felicia too... imagine Felicia vs Cham Cham (from SS), that would be a funny as hell match 
Cham Cham deserved to be in more games as well...
Captain Commando would be kinda cool... but Poochy?? From Matrimelee/Power Instinct? He's a funny charecter and I like him, but I don't think he'd be good in SvC2. How about turning Dante from Devil May Cry into a 2d fighter? Now *THAT* would be worth seeing.
