Hi Oddball, good to see you back... so the email I sent out worked? 
I agree to a certain extent about the re-used characters, although as Boriqua said, even the old SNK used to do it. Many of the KoF characters have had some extra frames added her and there though and there are a few slight changes - in the vids I saw, Terry seemed to have a slightly different standing animation, although it was hard to tell in the small vids we have. It would have been better if they totally re-drew everything, but I guess they wanted to get the game out asap and cut corners here and there.
It's worth pointing out that Earthquake is a new sprite for sure too... a lot of people that have seen him in motion said that, and I've seen comparison pics of his SvC sprite and the old SS2 one... it definitely seems different. I'm just wondering what sprite they used for Kim though? Is it his old sprite, or did they use the very nicely animated 2002 version? I'm hoping the 2002 one got used, although I get the feeling that it didn't...
