Best fitness is to enroll urself in a martial arts class ... u be strong and sooooo fit ;D ... Like me  enrolled in a lot of schools(Karate, Taekwondo, Hybrid Taekwondo/Karate, Arnis, Judo, Kickboxing), but i can't stay in any one of the schools ever since i've entered college (when i get in these days, it's for training and self-education purposes). i've always kept myself in shape with self-training practicing self-made katas, hitting rough trees and rocks(yes, big rough trees and smooth rocks. can't break em but the callouses serve me well), practicing nunchuks/bo/sword and meditating. in terms of fitness, nothing beats working out, but in terms of self-defense, nothing beats alertness and common sense. my physique now is way better than the 225IB frame i used to pack during early high school (now it's 180Ibs. that's a good 45Ibs i lost!), so no worries (except this nasty beer belly...)  gotta stop the beer one of these days  maybe one of these days i'll post a pic of my training grounds here
